Living at Sterling these past two years has been an amazing experience. The community is so lovely and I’ve truly found my people here! I love having the privacy of my own room and bathroom while also being able to partake in all the social events put on throughout the month.

other than the wifi everything is good, but also the refrigerator is a bit small for 5 people, but the apartment is new, all the things are good.

I thoroughly enjoy the pool and BBQ area! I love to go out there and use it with my friends and roommates, and sometimes with my family. I also like how close I can park to my apartment in the parking garage.

I enjoy living at Sterling because it is comfortable and convenient. The location is great, and it is easy to get to UC Davis. However, I would appreciate better security for the bike parking area. Overall, I am satisfied with my living experience.

Bingo night is always so fun, especially when the prizes are gift cards for uber eats or door dash! We just made some caramel apples last week and they were delicious!

sterling had great appliances and were quick to helping with moving in and fixing things when needed. i also like the activities that are hosted over the month.

I like the big living room and the club house, especially the game room. The game room is hiding and a secret place in sterling where a group of friends can hop in and have fun

i lwk love it! the unit was cleannn when i moved in! it was an easy move-in too! the amenities are nice too and i love the fact that the entrances to the apartments are inside in a hall-like manner!

Having garbage collected at your door can prevent you from going downstairs to dispose of it yourself, but the repair time will be relatively long

My favorite experience at Sterling has been attending the events hosted for all residents. I thought this was a great opportunity to meet all my new neighbors and meet other students who attend UC Davis as well.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The community is generally quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything I need for daily living. The management and maintenance teams have also been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed something fixed. Living at Sterling 5th Street has been such a wonderful experience! The community is so welcoming and peaceful, making it feel like a true home. I’d rate this community 4.5 out of 5 stars. I especially like the gym—it’s a great amenity to have close to home. Adding more equipment would make it even better! And the recreations around the apartment is very nice.

Good apartment! I love the communities and staff, especially when the gave free foods! The maintenance also really helpful and on time! Probably this is the best apartment complex in Davis so far :)

I was really surprised when I entered my living room. It was well-furnitured with no odors. And even if i vacummed the floor there's barely any dust.

I really love the apartment and everyone is super nice. The events are great. I think that the transportation could use some work though because a lot of the times buses are not always accurate not their fault though it’s just the location is a bit difficult to reach to school

Definitely the different event/hangouts that are held. There are multiple each quarter and its always a great way to meet other residents in the building.

I liked the nach bar event that was hosted in the lounge. There were plenty of options to choose from including vegetarian options. I was able to socialize with other peers and also eat good food.

Everything is good, would love here again. Really like the mail box and package locker, none of my packages are lost because of that. Also very safe place.

Getting to meet some of my neighbors, now friends, at one of the Sterling pool tournaments last year! Sterling hosts pool tournaments in the club house almost monthly and they’re always a great way to build community.

My favorite sterling experience was one of the events where there was a taco bar. Staff was mindful of residents who may not eat meat and had plenty of vegetarian options.

I mean normal and keep going is fine. The noise cancelation of the wall terrible. The fire alarm seems out of battery and we still give notice to the front desk yet.

So far, I think the living experience in Sterling has been very good. I am a student at UCD, and the bus stop near the apartment has made my transportation very convenient. At the same time, there are supermarkets such as Safeway nearby, and I can walk to buy ingredients. The only thing that bothers me is that I have found insects.

I really enjoy my time here at Sterling. I have been living here for a year and I totally recommend it. When I need something fixed, the maintenance comes in very fast and responds very quickly. I also really love the gym and the pool. It is so nice and the facility is very new.

I really enjoyed staying at this house. It felt clean, cozy, and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The layout made it easy to relax, and the furniture was both practical and stylish. The kitchen had everything I needed, which made cooking simple, and the bedrooms were quiet and spacious. I also liked how much natural light came in during the day. The Sterling 5th St is a nice apartment. The pool, indoor parking, gym and study room are excellent. I love the spa most. But your room location would be very importment, it will be very noisy if your room is facing street

I love the pool tables and the air hockey very content and elated with these items. I hope to see more items like this in the future. The game room was another feature I enjoyed a lot and I am happy to be apart of this community.

Monthly events are always fun. I attended events such as bracelet making, nacho bar, and movie night. My favorite was the nacho bar because it was yummy! Lots of foods to choose from and vegetarian friendly.

I like that there are so many amenities and it’s very easy to put in a service request. The leasing office staff is very nice and they often hold events for residents which is a great way to meet people.

I’ve been living at Sterling 5th Street, and overall I think it’s a nice place for college students. The amenities are definitely a highlight – there’s a pool, solid gym facilities, and plenty of common spaces to hang out or study. The WiFi works really well, which makes classes and streaming convenient.

All of the amenities are amazing! I always appreciate how clean everything is, how we have consistent landscaping and security checks. Downtown Davis is 5 minutes away and the people here are always on top of support and assistance!
