My favorite sterling experience was one of the events where there was a taco bar. Staff was mindful of residents who may not eat meat and had plenty of vegetarian options.

I mean normal and keep going is fine. The noise cancelation of the wall terrible. The fire alarm seems out of battery and we still give notice to the front desk yet.

So far, I think the living experience in Sterling has been very good. I am a student at UCD, and the bus stop near the apartment has made my transportation very convenient. At the same time, there are supermarkets such as Safeway nearby, and I can walk to buy ingredients. The only thing that bothers me is that I have found insects.

I really enjoy my time here at Sterling. I have been living here for a year and I totally recommend it. When I need something fixed, the maintenance comes in very fast and responds very quickly. I also really love the gym and the pool. It is so nice and the facility is very new.

I love all the great amenities, I’m able to get free coffee in the morning and enjoy the weather in the outside lounges or when I want a quick workout I can go to the gym right upstairs!

I really enjoyed staying at this house. It felt clean, cozy, and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The layout made it easy to relax, and the furniture was both practical and stylish. The kitchen had everything I needed, which made cooking simple, and the bedrooms were quiet and spacious. I also liked how much natural light came in during the day. The neighborhood was calm and safe, and it was easy to get to stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it felt like a home rather than just a place to stay, and I’d be happy to return in the future.

The Sterling 5th St is a nice apartment. The pool, indoor parking, gym and study room are excellent. I love the spa most. But your room location would be very importment, it will be very noisy if your room is facing street

I love the pool tables and the air hockey very content and elated with these items. I hope to see more items like this in the future. The game room was another feature I enjoyed a lot and I am happy to be apart of this community.

Monthly events are always fun. I attended events such as bracelet making, nacho bar, and movie night. My favorite was the nacho bar because it was yummy! Lots of foods to choose from and vegetarian friendly.

I like that there are so many amenities and it’s very easy to put in a service request. The leasing office staff is very nice and they often hold events for residents which is a great way to meet people.

I’ve been living at Sterling 5th Street, and overall I think it’s a nice place for college students. The amenities are definitely a highlight – there’s a pool, solid gym facilities, and plenty of common spaces to hang out or study. The WiFi works really well, which makes classes and streaming convenient.

I’ve been living in this apartment community for a while now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which is ideal for both students and working professionals. In terms of the apartment itself, the layout is practical and the space is well-utilized. The appliances are modern and generally reliable. Maintenance requests are typically handled in a timely manner, and the staff is polite and responsive. I especially appreciate the online maintenance request system, which makes it easy to report any issues without hassle.

All of the amenities are amazing! I always appreciate how clean everything is, how we have consistent landscaping and security checks. Downtown Davis is 5 minutes away and the people here are always on top of support and assistance!
